DICONEX OIL-COOLED RF COAXIAL TERMINATION / DUMMY LOAD, 10kW 50 ohm
This equipment is a very professional dummy load suitable for to be used in laboratory, or broadcast network.
Diconex Series Oil-Cooled Terminations are self-contained high-power 50 ohm coaxial transmission line terminations requiring no outside power source or additional equipment.
The units provide accurate, dependable, and practically non-reflective termination for testing and adjusting transmitters under non-radiating conditions.
The loads consist essentially of a cylindrical film type resistor immersed in a dielectric coolant. The resistor, individually selected for its accuracy, is enclosed in a special tapered housing which provides a linear reduction in surge impedance directly proportional to the distance along the resistor.
This produces the uniform, practically reflection-less line termination from DC to 1 GHz.
The dummy load works continuously at 10 Kw and intermittent even at 15 kW (max 3-5 min).
The load has a powerful cooling fan, powered at 220 V and an internal heat exchanger.
Input Connector: 1 5/8 "EIA flange or 3 " flange(in photo we have put version with 1 + 5/8" )
Conditions: Brand new and unused (only tester)
