SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide.
Regarding the shipping cost, before buying the item, always ask how much the cost of shipments.
We try, each time, the courier cheaper, suitable and reliable and faster.
It is possible the withdrawal of the person merchandise but is available by appointment only. The day and the withdrawal time must be agreed in advance.
In general, and unless otherwise agreed with the customer, we use the following shipping methods:
- Shipments to Italy: Couriers land BRT, or GLS, SDA or others (depending on weight and size);
- European Union: Courier via GLS land, BRT, SDA or others;
- Extra European Union: Couriers DHL, FEDEX, UPS by air, others couriers by sea (for large shipments).
For international non-EU shipments, unless otherwise noted, the following general rules apply:
- For airfreight shipment weighing less than or equal 70-100 kg: direct delivery to the customer s address or at the arrival terminal (airport). In the latter case, the customer must provide for customs clearance, or these formalities will be carried out by Telecomponents at customer expense.
- For shipment by air or sea, with greater than or equal weight 70-100 kg: delivery at the arrival terminal (cargo port or airport). The customer must take care of customs clearance(See below Import Duties).
The buyer once you bought the item, Telecomponents must provide the correct shipping address, the phone number, the days and times of attendance at the place of delivery. This information is necessary to the courier for delivery of the goods.
In some cases, the carrier makes several delivery attempts. If these attempts fail for buyer absence, the goods will be return back Telecomponents and the buyer, for receive again the the goods purchased, must pay again the shipping cost.
Our company is not responsible in any way the non-receipt of goods if this depends on the shipping service. In the event that for any reason your package is lost by the courier, the Telecomponents is willing to undertake to try to positively solve the problem and will give quick information to the customer.
In case of damage of the package is received, the Telecomponents is not responsible in any way. However in case the equipment were to be sent packing on delivery partially or completely opened or damaged, you must report it immediately with a note to the courier who delivers, at the same time, take pictures before and after opening it to you ascertain whether the equipment contained is damaged. Through this procedure, you can ask the courier possibility of compensation for damage caused in the shipment.
The shipments are normally made without insurance but, at the customer s request, it is possible to insure the goods. The insurance costs are at customer expense.
In the shipping and handling cost is added to the packing (cardboard box or wooden case).
If the products received do not conform to the above, please let us know and we will do everything possible to resolve the problem satisfactorily.
The product for sale is the one shown in the photos or simile, unless otherwise noted.
If the description and/or photos are very different from the object received, please contact us. We can not solve problems we do not know.
The equipment is always verified and checked before being shipped-.
WARRANTY:
For items "Repair & Parts", because they sold as spare parts or not working, there is no warranty.
For used equipment sold as a working, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the warranty is 3 months of purchase.
The warranty period longer than 3 months may be required by the purchaser. For new products the warranty is effettive for the period provided the supplier / manufacturer.
PAYMENT METHOD: Bank transfer, Paypal, Moneygram, Western Union
RETURN POLICY:
Unless otherwise specified, you can always return the products purchased within 15 days of receipt. After this period the product, it can not , except in justifiable cases, and those subsequently described in the following Agreement, be returned.
The cost of returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. For the return is required RMA (return material authorization) that must be required prior to our offices via Email.
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchases and we will work for that. Upon receipt by Telecomponents equipment returned, after verification, successful of conformity between the purchased item and the one returned, the buyer will be credited back the amount paid excluding shipping costs. The Articles "Repair & Parts" - are sold so as they are and return is possible only if the item you bought does not correspond to what indicated in the description.
Items sold as tested and working that may be not working on arrival and installation can be returned to Telecomponents.
Since, in general, the equipment sold are high-tech, for the return you must provide proof of the perfect installation of the machines, in particular to have complied with all the appropriate procedures for perfect installation and to have fulfilled all the parameters and procedures necessary technical (antenna connection, electrical voltages, cooling systems, etc.).
The broken or faulty equipment, there must be returned via a courier of Telececomponents that will proceed to the withdrawal of its request. The costs for the withdrawal defective or broken equipment shall be borne by Telecomponents (except as described in the following paragraphs).
If the equipment proves to be defective or broken because of poor installation of return charges will be at the purchaser s charge.
For the restitution it is necessary that the equipment is shipped in the same box, carton or crate used by Telecomponents for sending, paying particular attention to the correct packaging to avoid damage in transportation durations.
Upon arrival at our office equipment is not functioning or defective returns will be subjected to a chek test form out technicians who will have to ascertain the nature of the technical problem and found the cause. If we will found that the technical problem was caused by bad installation, the purchase sum can�t will be refunded.
In this case the customer can choose to give up the equipment or to require repair of the same (at your expense). Once repaired the equipment will be returned to the customer who will again bear the cost of shipping incuse, the expenditure referred to in paragraph 1.
If the problem is due to causes not attributable to the customer, the equipment will be repaired and returned to the customer in total expenses of Telecomponents
NOTE:
In general, for products of significant value, in the packaging of the shipment we always attach a USB key containing the photos and a video of the machine while it is in operation as proof of the correct functioning of the equipment-.
DUTIES AND TAXES:
Import duties, taxes, fees and shipping costs are not included in the specified sale. These charges are the customer cure. For these costs you will contact the your country customs office before purchase. On international delivery note you can not report values below the actual value of the goods and also mark items as "gifts" or at the cost 0 - Italy and the international regulations prohibit such behavior. At the customer s request, we can provide for us to carry out all customs operations but the customers will still have to bear all costs and expenses of such operations. For sales made in Italy, at the price indicated in the offer must be added 22% for VAT. For sales made in the European Union it is necessary to add 22% VAT only for sale to a private buyer. Sales in the European Union B2B do not pay VAT. For sales outside the European Union, taxes (Vat) are paid in the destination countries (if they are due).
RESPONSABILITY:

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT:

INSTALLATION and TRAINING:
The installation of the equipment is provided by the customer. Alternatively, our technical staff can provide for the installation of the equipment on site. The cost of this installation will be calculated based on distance, duration and type of installation. We install worldwide. In case of purchase of particularly complex equipment, as an alternative to our installation by the same, we can provide a short period of training to technical personnel from customer in the our headquarters of Taranto -Italy.

In general, the equipment we sell is all in stock and can be seen and controlled by the customer in our laboratories / warehouses in Taranto-Italy. For high power equipment, if the customer wants to check them, it is necessary to make an appointment to give us time to prepare the machine for testing. If the customer decides to come and visit us for the purchase of equipment, we will organize the stay and guarantee the transfers of / from the airport to our company.
